Stacey has always been passionate about Sport & Fitness, trying any new sport she could find time for growing up and playing top level amateur golf most of her life. Prior to starting CrossFit she was enjoying outdoor functional fitness training which of course opened her eyes to CrossFit.
In 2011 Stacey graduated with a degree in Sports Science majoring in Exercise Rehab and Biomechanics and soon after started her coaching career. Despite having coached CrossFit for over a decade, Stacey is continually striving for excellence with knowledge for human movement, performance and healthy lifestyles. For Stacey, CrossFit is a way of life… something that can be enjoyed every day for the rest of your life.

Why Not?! It’s fast, it’s fun, it’s forever challenging, always new and always exciting. For most people including myself, doing a WOD or simply just showing up to the box is an escape from the stresses of everyday life. Anyone can do it, everyone is an athlete, it really DOES apply/carry over to what we do in everyday life and most importantly it teaches individuals patience, drive and belief.
Being able to share in an athletes excitement when they master a skill, overcome an obstacle, make a PB, or even just finish a nasty WOD.
Helping athletes push themselves to new heights, push boundaries and discover what they are truly capable.
Being a part of the community of CrossFit and getting to experience the passion, encouragement, motivation and excitement that it brings each and every day in the gym
As a coach there is always something new to learn, understand and share – I love that!
I really don’t have one! Even a nice WOD full of burpees appeals to me in some strange and twisted way

ANY WOD after a holiday, some time off training, or a late night.
