What to expect during your trial class?
This session is our chance to learn as much about you as we can! Prior to the session, we’ll sit down and have a chat with you to discuss your past experiences with health, fitness, sports, and injuries, your current lifestyle, schedule, eating habits and sleep.
During the session, we can apply what we’ve learnt about you to ensure you get the most out of the session whilst having an absolute blast! It also gives us the opportunity to see where you’re at in terms of movement’s patterns and mobility.

Our Getting Started Sessions will provide you with a solid kick-start to your CrossFit training. These 1-on-1 sessions introduce you to the fundamental body-weight, barbell and accessory movements that come up in our regular classes so you feel comfortable and safe to jump in.
The number of Getting Started Sessions that you do will be determined by your coach, and will often depend on your level of experience and confidence with the movements. Our job is to get you moving, and therefore, looking good whilst you train, so enjoy the learning process!
