Crowned to have the strongest accent at our end of year awards, he’s an open gym regular, always making time for prehab & some solid craic. Ciaran’s work ethic, determination and friendly face has made him a welcomed addition to the Niche family.

What were you doing before CrossFit?
Mostly running and the usual gym stuff. Big into tennis as a kid though.

Why did you choose Niche?
100% the people and the atmosphere. From day 1 I felt welcome and relaxed. You have people from all walks of life and all fitness levels who are there putting in the work and having fun and I loved that.

Favourite movement?
I love Double Unders or a Muscle ups… both feel like you’re flying for a split second.

One random, non-CrossFit fact about you?
My Dad wanted me to be a professional table tennis player as a kid. Now a Doctor I still think he’s a touch disappointed to this day
