WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4 Large Bananas
- 4 Eggs
- ½ Cup Coconut Flour
- 55g Butter
- 1 t Cinnamon (or more to taste)
- 1 t Baking Powder
- 1 t Baking Soda
- Pinch Salt
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees (160- fan forced)
- Mix all ingredients until smooth
- Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake for 55 minutes
This is actually THE BEST banana bread I have tried- healthy version, or otherwise. The texture is lovely and moist whilst still being really light. The natural sweetness of the bananas and cinnamon really shine in this recipe so there is no need to add any extra sugar.
This is super yummy to have heated up with some butter atop… DELICIOUS!
