what do we offer?
We run programs for Primary and High School youth based on strength, conditioning, and gymnastics skills in a social and coached based environment, allowing them to learn and develop for all sports and aspects of life.
Niche aims to lead the way with safe supportive coaching, allowing youth to develop sport fundamentals, confidence & resilience in a social community.
Our Mission:
Encourage safe movement patterns/skills
Instill confidence
Develop and encourage healthy habits to take out into other sports and general life
Sessions will involve an introduction to the fundamental movements of fitness including but not exclusive to:
- Safe barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell movements. Squats, presses, deadlifts, basic Olympic lifting.
- Basic push and pull strength.
- Introduction to cardio machines, skipping and box jumps.
- Basic gymnastics, learning basics for handstands, pull ups and core work.
- We aim to develop not only a strong foundation for all sports but also for life. Encouraging healthy habits, pursuing a well rounded and capable body, helping with supporting longevity moving into adulthood.
