Seb completed the 101 Workshops in August and has made incredible progress since. His performance during classes and dedication to getting stronger and more mobile has been an absolute standout. As a few of the morning crew have discovered, Seb also has a decent engine…. THE MAN CAN RUN!!! It’s a pleasure having you on board and we’re all looking forward to the continued GAINZZZ. I was looking for a sport/exercise regime that had a focus on overall fitness, a positive culture, and an emphasis on technique and movement efficiency. Before CrossFit, I had not done any regular exercise for years, so I wanted something closely supervised, while still being diverse and accommodating to various levels of abilityWhat is your most memorable moment to date?
Doing my first 15ft rope climb and being surprised that I could do it
What is your most and least favourite WOD or movement?
I enjoy WODs with an emphasis on running and mobility, and I do not enjoy Dirty Thirty WODs
What tip would you give someone just starting in CrossFit?
Don’t compare yourself to other CrossFitters. Do as well as you can in the workouts, but don’t expect to be on the same level as everyone else
What is one random, non-CrossFit interesting ‘thing’ about yourself?
I enjoy learning new things, and am currently attempting to learn Spanish
