Ray started as a personal client back in Feb 2012 when his first grandchild was on the way. Wanting to be fit and healthy to play with the kids, Ray started CrossFit and has since dramatically lowered his levels for Type II Diabetes.
When did you start CrossFit?
I started in Feb 2012 and moved with Stacey to Niche in 2014
What were you doing before CrossFit?
No form of exercise at all!
My son convinced me to start CrossFit after being diagnosed with Diabetes. Nearly 10 years on and I’m still loving it!
Favourite CrossFit moment?
I have a few favourites but the most favourite would be burpees… whoops sorry.. typo! Definitely Deadlifts!
One random non-CrossFit fact about you?
I once got arrested and shown a jail cell for participating in an egg fight in the main streets of our town , I was 18 at the time , all the stores in town ran out of eggs that night….
