A daily regular in the gym, Nate’s the guy who will always jump in and do those extra reps or extra run with you to help you finish a WOD. Always around for a chat or doing extras after class… and of course, he’s the official instigator of the post 5pm class ‘Push up club 😂’

When Did you start at Niche?
March 2019. I had just moved to Perth and wanted to meet some new people. I did a trial class and was hooked 💪🏻

What were you doing before CrossFit?
My friends and I trained in a similar style to CrossFit but I’d never joined a proper CrossFit box. Before Niche I used to train based around military programs and beach weights 😁

Why Niche?
I was googling CrossFit gyms in the area and liked the Niche logo and website the best 😂

Favourite Movement?
Walking overhead barbell lunges. But really anything that finishes overhead 🏋️♀️

One Random non-CrossFit fact about you?
I once sprained my wrist after trying to jump a garden hose on roller blades after watching Mighty Ducks 2 🦆
