STACEY AND PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER - ARI
My story
Meet Stacey
Stacey has played sport and been active her whole life. She started CrossFit in 2011 and has been coaching for more than 15 years. In 2011 she graduated with a degree in Sports Science majoring in Exercise Rehabilitation and Biomechanics, and started coaching soon after. More than a decade on, she's still chasing a better understanding of human movement, performance and what actually makes a healthy life sustainable.
She has trained consistently through a lot of different chapters: several knee injuries, a serious spinal and neck injury, COVID lockdowns, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and the everyday tug-of-war between work and family. Now, heading into another chapter of pregnancy and motherhood while running a business, her training is changing again.
- Some seasons have been about getting stronger.
- Some have been about rebuilding.
- Some have been about recovering.
- Some have simply been about showing up.
Fitness isn't something you achieve once. It's something you learn to carry with you through life.
"CrossFit will always test us, teach us and challenge us — both as an athlete and a coach — no matter how long you've been doing it."

Our reason
Why Niche exists
Niche exists because we love coaching and we love helping people. Niche is a space where people come to improve — inside the gym and outside it — without having to perform for anyone.

A safe place to challenge yourself
Physically and mentally. Somewhere you can be yourself on a good day and a bad day, and where showing up still counts.
Room to be vulnerable
Try something outside your comfort zone knowing the people around you will back you in, not judge you.
Achievement without ego
We attract high achievers, but achievement doesn't need an ego attached. Strong people can also be kind.
Confident, not out to prove anything
Athletic people can also be gentle. Being confident doesn't mean needing to prove yourself to the room.

What we believe
Fitness isn't linear.
Life isn't either.
- Work gets busy.
- Families grow.
- Injuries happen.
- Goals change.
- Life changes.
Your training should be able to change with you.
Our purpose stays the same through every chapter:
Helping you stay active, get stronger, learn new skills and feel better in everyday life.
Why coaching matters
Coaching that goes beyond the workout
Coaching at Niche is more than counting reps or reading out a workout. Our coaches learn who you are, what you're working around and what you're working towards.
- Understand the individual
- Adapt training to the day and the season
- Work around injuries and limitations
- Encourage you to challenge yourself
- Help you build real confidence
- Play the long game on consistency
- Hold quality movement standards
- Keep learning and keep educating

The Niche community
Strong people. Kind people.
We don't believe you have to choose between being competitive and being kind. Our members challenge themselves, encourage each other and celebrate each other's progress — beginners, long-time CrossFitters, parents, professionals and athletes, roughly 18 to 65.
