Being a competitive person, I was naturally drawn to CrossFit but it’s the positive, healthy environment and the friends you make along the way that make it such an awesome training method. It’s definitely the physical and mental health benefits of CrossFit that keep me coming back.
I love being able to help people get to where they want and need to be with their physical and mental health. Helping them achieve things they didn’t think were possible and share that journey with them is something I really value – I believe it’s just as rewarding for the Coach as it is for the members who make these changes. Being able to create a positive, safe environment for people to come and thrive in and have the best hour of their day is the best.
