As is often the case, I was first attracted to the physical benefits of yoga, but over time as my practice evolved I came to realise that the mindful, meditative aspects of yoga can have an even more profoundly positive impact upon your life. Over time I have adopted asana (posture), pranayama (breath control) and meditation as a daily practice. This trio keeps the body fit and healthy, promotes greater self-control, while cultivating a sense of calmness and well-being.
Interests outside of Yoga?
I absolutely loves to be active so when I’m not practicing yoga, teaching or working as an Environmental Officer for State government you.ll find me on the mountain bike trails of the Perth Hills or Margaret River.
