Developing principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity, the Teens Program places emphasis on good movement patterns throughout adolescents and into adulthood.
Holiday Program: Jan 9th – Feb 1st
Term 1 (2018): Commencing Feb 6th
The program develops sports performance and physical literacy, whilst minimising injuries in sport.
Additionally, there is plenty of evidence showing the beneficial cognitive function from exercise, leading to a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
Most importantly, the program is FUN! It is an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, promoting less childhood obesity and an improvement in the general health and happiness of our children.
