NEW TO CROSSFIT?
Our goal with this session is to find out about you and your goals (or to help you make some), explain to you a bit about CrossFit and how things run at Niche. Intro classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We’ve designed the class to allow anyone to jump in and enjoy regardless of fitness background and experience.

- Classes available 7 days a week starting as early as 5:30am and as late as 7:00pm.

Start your CrossFit journey and come on in for your FREE trial session. During this session, we discuss your past experiences with health, fitness, sports, and injuries, your current lifestyle, schedule, eating habits and sleep, as well as review some of your movement patterns and mobility. The more we can learn about you, the better we can custom tailor the program and coaching to meet your individual needs.
This is also your chance to get to know us, ask questions, check out the facility, meet our community, and see if we are a good fit for you and your goals. We have to be a great match for this journey to be successful, and if for some reason we find we are not a good fit, we can help you find another professional who can best suit where you are at in life. Our goal is to make this a lifestyle so that we can enhance your quality of life, for every stage of life that you get to experience.
You’ll also be coached through key points of some basic movements and do a short CrossFit workout based on these movements to give you a taste of what it’s all about.

ENJOY YOURSELF? WHAT’S NEXT?
Our Getting Started Sessions will provide you with a solid kick-start to your CrossFit training. These 1-on-1 sessions introduce you to the fundamental body-weight, barbell and accessory movements that come up in our regular classes so you feel comfortable and safe to jump in.
The number of Getting Started Sessions that you do will be determined by your coach, and will often depend on your level of experience and confidence with the movements. Our job is to get you moving, and therefore, looking good whilst you train, so enjoy the learning process!
